Bajaj Finserv — Refund of Emi Card

I have opted for their emi card which I paid an amount of 530 rupees for it and they have a policy of refund incase we are not interested in the card. I actually tried signing for their e-mandate but my bank IFSC code was not showing there hence i couldn't complete the e-mandate and the emi card was of no use so I asked for a refund and they have been going on and on about the refund initiation for almost a month but not refunded any money and they are not ready to refund that amount. I need my money back. I'm not ready to leave even a single penny for such a low life company.
