Bajaj Finserv — regarding interest of the loan ammount

balance due- 95087.05 ammount paid-25364.00 lone ammount-69723.00, but as per your representive, has to pay 72429, therefore requesting that why should i pay more 2706. Before taking lone, your representive had tild me that lone should be zero interest( zero% interest) but i have to pay extra 2706, why? please explain.
