Bajaj Finserv — Rude behaviour from bajaj finserv employee | |||
I missed to pay a emi for April month, an uneducated bajaj finserv employee(Name: Murali[he told, but i don't know the real name], Phone number: [protected], [protected], bangalore) called me and asked me to pay the emi, i informed him that i will pay the emi on 30th April. He was calling me and disturbing me on 29th April, i was at a meeting at that time, so i asked him to call me later in a text message, later he used lot o[censored]nwanted rude and bad words in mobile text message, around 2PM i called him and told him i will make the payment on 30th April, immediately he started to talk bad words at me. I am having all his text messages with me and i have recorded all his calls. He is telling me that he is going to come to my house and [censored] my wife, mother and sister. Does that fellow knows the meaning for the word [censored]. I have all his messages and 30min of 5 different voice recordings, this is really bad. I am going to make this as a big issue. I am planning to spread this in media. Please give me your executive email id i will send all the text SMS and voice recordings of that fellow, after that you take a decision. Please don't send this fellow to collect the emi to girl customers. He is very very bad. He don't know how to behave to the customer.
