I was purchased an ac through you ac no 4420cd00022369 on that time your executive suggest me the polocy for 1year my loan is completed and time of the polocy also completed but the polocy is still running with ac no 442BAL00022370 without my notice now i do not want that polocy so cancel that polocy and clear my account this was effect my track record in the bank as well as cibil point of view so please do this as early as possible thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

With reference to your post we tried calling you but there was no response.
We would like to inform you that the BALIC loan 442BAL00022370 has been closed basis your request and the amount of Rs 1269 from Balic Loan has been adjusted towards your Consumer Durable loan 4420CD00022369.To close your Consumer Durable loan there is an outstanding amount of Rs 3840. Post clearing this amount the Loan would be closed.
