LAN ID 4080CD09503325 Regarding my amount deduction, I have spoken with your customer care executive Ms. Anuradha. She is not answering to my questions and she kept my call hold up to 1 hour time. Is this the way your customer care executives are working? When the customer asking about a query you are not in a place to respond for our queries and kept calls on hold. After sometime I have called to your customer care[protected] times but my call is keep on cutting like this. What is this? If it is like this how customers can rectify there issues?
