I have activated Bajaj finserv insta emi network card almost a month ego. And now I am unable to log in to Bajaj finserv app as well as to the website. I have been trying to log in for more than a week, tried more than 10 times but not receiving the OTP. But when I am putting another unregistered mobile number instantly receiving the OTP. And also note that when I am sending a message from my wife's mobile, i am receiving that in my registered number. I do a lot online transactions by this same number and i am receiving the otps but at the same time not receiving the OTP from Bajaj finserv only. What can be more worse than this!

They stopped responding now. They simply scammed me. Please refund my card activation charge INR 530 rupees if you are unable send the OTP. You should refund because I WAS UNABLE TO USE THE. CARD FOR A SINGLE TRANSACTION. BUT If I am going to apply for a new card from the same mobile no. I am receiving OTP instantly. SUCH A SCAM. I WILL have to complain IN CYBER CELL DEPARTMENT.
