Bajaj Finserv — Unauthorized debit from bank account. Not refunding. | |||||
Bajaj Finserv deducted funds from my bank account without my authorization. After looking at my bank statement, I wrote an email to their support asking for the refund and showing proof of my authorization for fund withdraw. At first, support asked for my bank statement for verification and in next email asked for bank details for refund. After few days, looking at no response I added Bajaj Finserv Grievances email address based on this article on their website (https://www.bajajfinserv.in/finance/grievances.aspx). Grievances replied that they need 2 business days to process my request. After not hearing from Grievances for two weeks, I added next escalation step (Customer Experience Head) and hasn't got any reply or refund as of today. Case Details Initial case number: SRN06646972 Date: Sept 3, 2016 Email Addresses: [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in I expect Bajaj to refund my money before I engage Legal and drag them to Consumer Court.
