I have applied for and received a Bajaj Finserv EMI card with credit limit of 75000 in May 2021. I have made a payment of Rupees 567.00 as application fees I have tried many times to use the card in offline stores as well as online, but it has been rejected every time. I have been unable to find any helpline to ascertain the reason for this. Hence I am left with no option but to file my complaint with you. Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 17, 2021 Updated by Ashlyn Fernandes Reference may be drawn to my complaint. I have not received any response from Bajaj Finserv. I strongly believe that this is a scam in which lakhs of Indian citizens pay INR 567.00 hoping to get a line of credit to purchase products. Bajaj Finserv gets crores of rupees without giving any service. I repeat that I have yet to receive refund of the 567.00 paid for services not rendered by Bajaj Finserv
