Bajaj Finserv — Virtual account details and mobile number registration

I took flexi loan from Bajaj but i didn't received Virtual account number and post that I am regular behind sales team to provide user name log in to transfer that OD amount from my salary account to OD account( Virtual Account). Moreover, sales team is not attending my call. I also tried to get that user name and password online by sending SMS at a particular number but my number is not registered.

So request you to provide my VAN details and register my mobile number for online processing, Till then don't put any interest for any of the amount you disbursed till date.
