Bajaj Finserv — Warranty claim is getting too late

Hi team I am Dhinumon. And my sister Dhanyamol has purchased a Vivo x60 pro through Bajaj Finserv Emi and she paid Rs. 5000/-(approx) extra for warranty or some insurance kind of thing. Her mobile phone accidentally fell down from stairs on 1st March 2022. The display got damaged and we approached the Bajaj finserv executive. They verified everything and proceeded for a waranty claim. Today 26th March 2022 still we did not get the claim amount. And we are not getting any proper response from the claim team. It's been one month we couldn't able to use the mobile phone. Kindly help us. Claim no. 00003350
