Bajaj Finserv — Without my agreement, they are issuing my loan

Hi,

A person called me on phone and he was convincing me to get bajaj loan or whatever the product he was saying. I never said them that i want it. I have given some basic details to him like PAN, current organization, current city where i live in. As I don't want that service, I have stopped receiving calls from them and at the same time I'm busy with my office work.
And that person directly applied loan on my name.
These are the below message which I got from them: -

I'm trying to call customer care but their customer care is not allowing me to talk directly to their service centre.

I have called that person to stop my application and stop everything.

He didn't stopped anything yet.

He should't have asked his company to issue loan without my acceptance.
