During Covid I was struggling to make the Monthly EMI and monthly payment request
During Covid 2020 for Housing Loan EMI when Govt/RBI declared banks to provide Moratorium service, I have requested for the option, Bajaj did not provided the service rather compelled to make the current month EMI, I did the payment and cleared the due,
Further the Bajaj levied penalty saying it was late payment. When every bank has provided Moratorium this is the selfish bank who did not provided option, rather penalizing for late payments. Moreover they handed the collection job to 3rd party agents and they threatening me every day that they will take legal action on me and disturbing me during office Work and causing my life hell. When requested to send a formal email Bajaj and they are not doing that.
2nd Worst Experience, During the same Covid 2020, I did helped my friend to pay his General Insurance via my Credit Card in 2021, they made the auto-debited the same amount in 2021 without my consent which is legally a crime and till date I am fighting for my Money back. SR61878707 is service request they provided and no action on multiple escalation and sent forwarded my email at every level
3rd Worst Experience, In early staging of my investment, I requested agent for single premium but he put for 3 years, when I missed the 2nd Premium they ate the 1st Premium money and informed my Insurance got lapsed.
Overall, Please I urge all investors not to take any Housing loan, Personal Loan, avail insurances or Invest in Mutual Funds with Bajaj Financial Groups. Highly self oriented and loss giving company to customers. Was this information helpful? |
