[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Wrong emi debited from my account | |||
Sir, I have Purchased a Cell Phone (LG G3 STYLUS) on 08/01/2015. The price of the phone is 18, 000/- and the down payment is supposed to be 6000/- but i paid 8000/- in advance. The dealers informed me that my EMI would reduce to Rs.1250 instead of Rs.1500. But two days after my purchase i received an email from FINSERV that i have only paid Rs.6000 as down payment and my EMI is Rs.1500. I have called the concerned person at bajaj finserv and replied that this is a processing error and it will change to Rs 1250. But Rs.1500 was deducted from my account for my first EMI. I am completely totally unhappy with their service. I want the EMI amount changed and refund of the extra money debited from my account. Please do something about this. Feb 12, 2015 Updated by Sudheesh Vadakke Madam Forgot to mention that i have attached two images: One is the payment receipt that got from the dealer which proves that i have paid Rs.8000/- and the other is the screenshot of the Loan account statement.  | |||
