[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Wrong information in my account and no reply of my complaint | |||
Dear Bajaj, I lodged a complaint before 7/8 days regarding wrong information in my account details. But till date no response from Bajaj. Now I am strictly complaining about your wrong information in my account. My consumer durable number 4050CD03110577. I bought a LED tv 42inch @50000/-. Your information shows asset description TH-42a410D and total advanced EMI paid is Rs. 16, 668/- These are all wrong information. I purchased Panasonic Led TH-42AS610D at Rs. 50, 000/- and total advance EMI I paid is 17, 420/-. I have a tax invoice bill no. LRD/150983. This means I should get refund of Rs. 752/-.
