[Resolved] Bajaj — I am reaching there for this problem several times and not getting any proper action

Sir,

I am from kerala and i have bought one bajaj discover 125 ST vehicle from Promise Motors, Angamaly(Kothakulangara) on 6th June 2013.But while receving RC book, it is seen that the year of manufacture is 2012.Even if i reached the show room for this issue, they are not taking the matter seriously.They are not ready to give 2013 motor cycle or not ready to go for any cash settlements.Due to this, i will not get any resail value for my vehicle and i got cheated actually.I want to get 2013 model vehicle.
I am reaching there for this problem several times and not getting any proper action.Please take action against it.

They decided to come for cash settlement and i am ok with it.They will give 4000 rs to me for the variation in model.
