I have purchased baltra induction on may end 2016, but there was defect in induction the temperature automatically goes high to 2000 w automatically, i have 1 year warranty card with me, then i raised the complaint and engineer came but still same problem persists, and again after raising complaint engineer came but problem could not be resolved. Since them we are contacting baltra customer care and other contact person on regular basis but they is no response from their side.
Our word is suffering from past 3 months but these people are not even picking call, i bought this induction from shop and shop keeper says he cant do anything only engineer from company can resolve this issue.
I want to get my money refunded back now due to such a worst behavior from baltra, i dont want to continue with any product of this company. Was this information helpful? | 
Made various complains in baltra as well as NCDRC but problem unresolved.
I feel company policy is not consumer friendly and it believes in only selling products and minting money.I feel cheated and have a strong believe that company is a fraud.
Action should be taken against such companies so that others don''t get in their trap.
