there are variable rules applicable for recruitments of faculty in dental institute of BHU.The university has dictatorial policies exercised while recruiting faculty.
on one hand, a candidate with degrees attained from private college is acceptable but bonafide alumnus belonging to government colleges having some of their work experience in private college are clearly looked over and ignored in process of selection.
We don't want to be part of such a unjust organisation run by dictators.
no valid reason or information is provided to applicants as to why their appications are rejected.
