[Resolved]  Bandhan Bank — wrong charging of check bounce

I have deposited a cheque to bandhan bank konnagar on 20.01.18 rupees 1 lakh 49302 drawn on state bank of india serampore issued by post office but today i have got a message from bandhan bank that the check has been bounced due to connectivity failure when i contacted bandhan bank thru, customer care where in they said that an amount will be charged due to return of cheque. My question is that the problem is due to intra-bank connectivity so why the bank will charge to customers. Kindly arrange to take up the matter to bandhan bank to give credit. Thanks.
