Hi team,

I have submitted all the required documents on 4th Oct 17 and till now there is no response from the Bandra PF office.

I have provided acknowledgement for the reference which states that all documents has been delivered to Bandra PF office on 6th Oct 17 only.

Could you please take some necessary actions and help me to resolve my issue.
