From 6 months we are doing the enquiry that 6 months back we have paid sum 372 units as kaveri water bill, in bangalore - 1 which is located in r.T. Nagar - 560032, the bill amount which we have paid the details are below :

B'lore water supply & sewerage board.
We have paid 372 amount in bangalore 1 but bangalore 1 has not paid that amount to water board. And every month that 372 amount and arrears amount is carrying every month. We went to bangalore one in r.T. Nagar they are not taking any action. When ever we go they say manager is on leave and all some or other reason. We are fed up by these services.
Kindly take some action. And make that amount is paid by bangalore 1 to water board sewerage.
