Hi Sir,

I purchased a plot in subjected layout after verifying BDA layout approval condition letter ref PRL[protected]. This letter clearly states that the builder has to build 40 feet road, highlighted in yellow in the attachment, from the layout entrance to Tatva School however, this road is not built yet.

Builder is pushing back that laying this road is Kumblagudu municipality's responsibility. We do not have a proper layout entrance road. Please consider this request and enable road construction for the benefit of 80 odd site holders who have already purchased sites out of 213 sites.

Please do not disclose my identity to the builder and they may try to coerce me.
