My house electric meter installed by BESCOM is not working, we have given the written letter to "AE" of BESCOM Banaswadi. I requested for Acknowledgement, he denied to give the acknowledgment.
After 10 days again i went and spoke for replacement of electric meter, he told to speak to "JE". I spoke to "JE" he told there is no stock of new meter and asked me to purchase a new Electric Meter. I told him the electric meter is BESCOM asset and why would a customer buy a electric meter when it is not working.
He got angry and tore the request letter into pieces, asked me to go and wait until they get any old meter if available.
I am still waiting for the electric meter to be fixed.
I feel like, we are still in british era or some other country, why is this BESCOM employees behaving like they run the BESCOM
Can govt please privatise this and make sure they are accountable for every customer service Was this information helpful? |
