Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Electric meter issue bills are fluctuating

My residential meter number is 7SHEH70751 and customer id is [protected]. generally i consume about 150 to 200 units every month from past 2 months i had reiceved bill o[censored]nits about 39 units and 43 units and to my surprise i recieved May month bill of 3001 units my previous meter reading was 26091 & May month i recieved meter reading of 29092 just a digit number changed in thousand place. after getting the bill i had contacted BESCOM (S7 service station)informed about the same they said i have to make a payment for meter checking charges which was 120 Rs which i made and they said this slip i will have to submit to O& M section in Basavanagar which i had done upon it they said they will come for inspection with continues followup after 12 days they came and inspected the meter and found that having issue & told me to contact JEE but JEE told that it has to be again verified by MRT section which they gave number of MRT person Mallikarjun shirur when i called he said he has to get a call from JEE else he will not come i had confirmed this to JEE but till today i am going to their office but nobody is taking responsibility JEE Mr, Varadaraj & Mr.Prakash i am going to their office continiously but nobody is taking responsibility only in account section one lady by name Kavitha (AOO) she is also chasing these people but no response .i had raised a complaint with customer care also but they are also trying their level best but nobody is responding. please help me on this as i had recieved a huge bill of Rs.26039 which is equal to my 1.5 years bills.

Two of them had come from they are having confusion and told that there might be a issue with either meter or power leakage and told that they will arrange for MRT section people who will varify the meter again. My point of view if there was a leakage why only 31 units in March and only 43 units in May as i generally consume 150 to 200 units for which they were saying that meter reader would have done some mistake etc. i again suspect there is a issue with the meter as some day only 2 units are consumed and some day 20 units are consumed which i am taking reading on daily basis. request to check the meter from expertise and confirm as there was some juniors who had come earlier their own people told issue with the meter now its different.

hey had come and inspected the meter as per them one of the equipment is having issue which was taking more power when I had asked them to show it was fine now They are saying it fluctuate. My query was if meter was fine why it is blinking red light continuously when there was no equipment used in fact I showed them while switching of MCB what they are doing switching of the power supply to meter and showing its fine more over in the month of March only 32 units was consumed in April it is taken only 46 units were as my average consumption is 200 units upon raising that they are saying that the person who had come wouldn't have taken proper meter reading because of which they removed him . I have 4 meter in my building and 2 meter which I am consuming when other 3 meter reading were correct reading taken how this one would have not taken properly. In the month of May I received bill for 3001 units which is not at all possible. If there is a problem at my end in June month also I would have received massive unit consumption since I.am using same equipments but June bill I received 250 units therefore I request you to look in to the same on priority and I have received a bill of 28000Rs. Which I am reiterating that there is a issue with meter which keeps on fluctuating. even this month my billing cycle is on 15th so far the consumption is only 155 units which is again on lesser side generally it should be more. i suspect issue with the meter in this month we had used more but bill is showing is lesser pls look in to the same and replace the meter.

I am not getting any update from BESCOM and they are coming for disconnection of power i had told them again that the complaint is logged in .

There is no update from BESCOM on the complaint rather in my absence they came and disconnected the connection because of non-payments without listening to the problems they are pressurizing to make the payments, my sincere request is let them check the meter by bringing a spare meter they can check it Or there are other meters also through which our electrician checked it found that there is a issue with the meter .
But BESCOM people are not doing the same.
