Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Electricity disconnected and not restored after clearing dues

The electricity connection has been disconnected for my flat on 18th March, 2023. I had missed payment for previous month when I was out of town and bescom person came disconnected the line. I have cleared the due amount for previous month and current months including late fee charges and shared the payment details with besocm helpline email and number but it is still not restored after more than 24hrs. Account number - [protected]. The nearest bescom office does not pickup the phone.
