[Resolved]  Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Incorrect bill details

Address:Office of the AEE ( ele.) W2- Chamrajpet

Our electricity bill payment has been redirected to others bill. The account number as well as the bill number changes to someone else's numbers even after entering the right number. Due to this are not able to pay the bill online. This has 2 times in a even after carefully entering the the right account as well as bill number. Please help.
