I am unable to pay the electricity bill online for the month of January 2022. My account number is [protected] and the bill for the month is Rs. 668. The bill number is [protected]. I tried paying on the online bescom portal https://bescomrural.nsoft.in/ several times. I am unable to pay the bill here or also in https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx where I have been paying the bill every month. This second site is not even loading! I tried paying from my google pay app but was unable to. I request you to please look into the issue.
