Bangalore Flower Gifts — Fraud Complaint

I made an order dated on 4th Oct 2022, of 24 Pink Flowers with Vase to be Deliver by 5th Oct 2022 in Hisar,

firstly the order was deliver late and after so many follow ups when it was delivered the order was totally manipulated

Instead of Pink Flowers, Red rosses were added
The order was of 24 flowers but only 18 were delivered
Vase was replaced by some glass water bottle

Hi I had ordered flowers and cake on 13th Feb 2016 from this website to be delivered in bangalore on 14th Feb 2016. I kept on calling on their numbers entire day since my product was not delivered. I also called them up today and one of their person picked up the phone saying .. we will not deliver the product and will also not give you any refund and was threatening me on phone.
