Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — After cancellation of QR ticket I haven't received refund amount

Address:Laxmi PG for gents pattandur Agrahara itpl Bangalore

I booked WhatsApp QR ticket from KR market to pattandur Agrahara on 7th feb around Evening 8:10 pm after making the payment I didn't recieved the QR code then I cancelled the ticket but I haven't received the refund amount till now can you please check this issue.
