Hi Sir, I traveled today from Silk Board (Around 9.30AM) to SJR Tech Park(Reached at 10.20 AM) in the bus 500CA. I bought a day pass of Rs.140/- and I was not refunded an amount of Rs.360/- . Because of some heath issues I was sleeping during the travel and I got down from the bus in a hurry, forgetting to get the amount from conductor. I am attaching the Day pass in which the amount to be refunded is written at the backside. I do not remember the bus number. Could you please help me to get the amount refunded?
