We tried boarding the bus at stop palace guttalli, at around 8:15 am 27 jan 2020, i don't know why the conductor was in a bad mood and was forcing the driver to leave the bus stop even though there were passengers boarding the bus when asked he replays with an unpleasant tone that how long can a bus wait at stops and he is in a hurry, i did not understand what was the hurry rather than to do his primary job to serve the public who is paying for the service, driver was kind and considerate and saw an injured person and waited till he boarded the bus.
The conductor also gave the not so logical answers and said the bus will only stop at bus stops and he made his driver stop around 50meters far from the bus stop at maharanies college stop. This particular behavior of the buses is not just confined to this one bus but all the busses when they i mean conductors and drivers are in good mood they do exceptionally well in serving the public. I appreciate those well-mannered employees of the bmtc organization and i am grateful to the services provided to us by the organization. And i pity when these kinds of incidents happen and with a lot hope i am presenting you my grievance, i am not asking you to take strict actions on that individual who behaved rudely but anything or something that can be improved will be of great help.

I paid 10 rupees to conductor but he refused to return balance 5 and when I asked he became abusive.Despite getting good salary they retort to such act and behavior with commuter.

The bus conductor of the respective bus used filthy language against me for asking the bus timings. While noting the bus no photo he also asked whether he needs to open anything else. The incident has happened at Majestic on 21St Jan 2020 7.15 pm.

From past one month, the bus 301, 301D etc which used to arrive to Jayantinagar stop between 6.20 to 6.45am, is delayed by more than 1hour .It now arrives at 7.50am or later, this has caused a lot of hassle as there a very few buses which pass through this area(Hormavu) . I hope this issue is taken up seriously.
Most of the buses mainly Volvo plying on the Silk Board to Aittebele route does not stop at Bommasandra bus stop and instead takes the Bommasandra flyover and on asking the conductor, he says that, flyover route is the allocated route

What will passengers like me who have to get down at Bommasandra.
