[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — complaint against bus conductor

I travel from christ college to railway gate in bus 342f everyday. Yesterday (25 feb 2019) i took the same bus for the destination. As soon as my bus stop came i asked the driver to stop the bus. But the lady bus conductor started shouting that the bus wont stop. I told them its a bus stop and everyday i get down here (Surprisingly i get the same lady conductor everyday). She told only normal buses stop here and volvo's wont stop here. The argument continued but no one listened to me and she started abusing me.
I want strict action to be taken against her. As the bus services are for the benefit of the people and cant run as per the conductor's wish.
