Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Didnt receive a refund for the BMTC metro ticket

Hi,

i tried to book metro through whatsapp. I paid via gpay and the amount got debited from bank but i didnt get the qr tickets. Encountered some technical problems it seems. I havent received the refund yet.
please solve my issue .
