Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Rude behave from conductor in bus

When I cought Vayu vajra bus no KA57 F138 from Hope farm to Silk board at morning 7 35 AM, asked driver to in rease AC. But conductor rude behaved with me and create d scene in front of all passengers which is completely unacceptable. I need strict action to be taken against the conductor
