Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Rude behaviour and verbal abuse

I was travelling in 335a bus from Leela palace to Whitefield. Bus conductor didn't come to collect ticket . Then later he came to collect ticket from someone else I voluntarily asked for the ticket . He suddenly started shouting on me saying that I have been here for 3 time, even though he came only once and started fighting.
