The bus KA 01 F- 8972 which advances from Sidedahalli to Jallahalli cross did not provide a stop at the 5th cross Vishveshwariya layout which is a designated bus stop on 12th Dec 2023 at 9:30 am, when questioned about this inconvenience we were met with harsh replies from the driver.
Kindly make sure that this type of incidents are not repeated again as this causes a lot of inconvenience to common people.
