Ref. MPV 8432493 issued on 21.12.2015 by BMTC bus KA57 F684/F584 Conductor insisted to write the details of ID on the ticket I have written ID as DL and shown the Driving licence. Actually there is no provision to write it on the ticket. I told the Conductor that there is no provision in the front side of the ticket to write and no instructions on the back of the ticket to write the ID details. He behaved rudely and asked me to get down from the bus. What your rules say? If so why there are no instructions on the ticket. Why your Conductor behaves like that?

All your Volvo buses became old. Replace it.This is 4th time I experienced with Volvo bus, we had to get down nd catch another Volvo bus because it stopped working or for some other technical issues. And bus conductors are such an [censored]s, their way of talking to passengers is very worst. They think that this is their own bus. BMTC reputation should not be spoiled.
