Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation — Not giving correct change and rude behaviour from conductor

I was travelling from silk board to Banashankari and bought ticket by giving 20 rs. Conductor gave me ticket of 14rs and change of 5 rs never gave me back 1rupee change. This is not only for me. I also heard same story from my co passengers. Behaviour of conductor is also not good. This happened in bus registration number KA 01 F- 2752. On 16th January 2015 at 6 pm. Need to reprimand this conductor.
