Bangalore University — Delay of marks card

Hi Mam/Sir I Completed BA(PJCE) In the 2012 & i had 1 arrear in Psychology ( Theory) 2nd semister, i complted in the 2013 & waiting for the Marks card, but still i dint recieve it, When ever i go & ask they are telling 1 or the other reason & very careless, I Have almost given 3 to 4 complaint letters regarding this but no reply, Kindly help me to get my marks card Name-Shuba.S College Name-St.Annes Degree college for Women Ulsoor Bangalore Register no-09PEA47022 completion of the Year[protected]
