Sir, i am customer at bob shastrinagar bhavnagar branch. When i went to submit form 15h to your bank, your staff refused to accept one original and one xerox of it. They insisted on to accept both in original hand written copy. Other banks like boi, sbs, uco bank accept then why bank of baroda is refusing. Is it special bank then why customers are harrased.
