Bank Of Baroda — ATM application given on dt.27.04.2017 still not received .

Sir, my a/c is [protected] mahendra omprakash punekar, ulhasnager-4 branch, i lost atm and already blocked and applied for new atm in branch on dt.27.04.2017 but still not received, i am getting too much problem with no atm. Also i tried throught net banking for application of new atm but its showing not applicable error, kindly informed me on email id mahendra. [protected]@yahoo.com and punekar. [protected]@gmail.com
