Bank is changing the sequence in names mention in paying in slip of fdrs. I. E.1, 2, &3rd applicant mention in paying in slip. Bank change the names to 1, 3rd & 2nd.in case of death of 1st applicant, it will stand in names of 3rd & 2nd applicant who has been mentioned by bank in fdr. 3rd applicant mentioned by bank is my son who is 45 years & paying tax. Now interest will be credited to his account & he will not get advantage of higher roi & will pay high tax. If it would have been as per my instructions i. E 2nd name of my wife than she being sr citizen, will get advantage in roi & will not pay tax at all. My account is with mahavir nagar bob kandivali, mumbai.
