Bank Of Baroda — File charge dispute

Order 26 october2018 delivry datesin 3november but amazon ki trhp refand nahi aaya hai, account me peisa so nahi kar rha refund refence number provide kya geya hi /[protected]. Order id,[protected]

Sir my account no. is [protected]. My problem is Amazon refund my balance 250 but this amount is not come in my account. Reference no. of given by Amazon is[protected]. My Aadhaar no is[protected].

I had ordered a product from TataCliq On 10th of Feb 2018 but unfortunately the order was cancelled from their side according to them they had refunded my amount on 13th of Feb 2018 but till today i did not receive my refund in my account.Bank is saying no amount has been received by them.They had gave me a transaction no.75503728074018113712715 regarding the refund I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.
