Bank Of India — 3000/- rs not credited in my bank of india a/c no - [protected]

Dear sir/ madam,

My name - amrita singh kushwah

Bank - bank of india

Account no - [protected]

Branch - vijay nagar indore (M. P)

My friend deposited 3000/- rs in my account on 07.01.2018 through phone pay app.

After transaction, i received text message from bank side "3000/-rs credit in your bank account..

But after few seconds i received one more message"3000/- rs debited from your account"

I asked to friend, is amount reversed in your account??? He sad no. Non of amount credited in my account.

Please resolve my query on urgent basis.
