Bank Of India — complaint against misbehaving boi guard

Sir
I have an account in your bank at alipirduar branch a/c no.[protected]. When i went to the branch on[protected] at 3:20 for my account updatation, the guard misbehaved & rudely told me to leave the bank for no reason. On the other hand my son named spandan bhowmik has an account on the same branch, he applied for atm card on multiple ocations. But they have never delivered it. They lost it the last time and told him to apply for another time.
Under this circumstances, i request you to take necessary action and help me with this entire messed up situation of boi alipurduar branch.
