Bank Of India — Debit card is not working in online transactions

Sir my name is Vijay Kumar I want to tell you that I am unable to pay my recharge bills through my bank if India master visa card no [protected] but an error massage show me as "debit cards detail not found please contact to your branch"
Sir my registered mobile no is [protected] and my registered mail id is "Vijay.[protected]@gmail.com".
My bank of India account no is "[protected]".I am contacting to all toll free numbers and all chargeable numbers since a month but they make hold upto 2or 3 hours and every times and no action was taken. I am sending you my screen shots below_

Sir/Madam,
Your bank, Deoghar branch ( Jharkhand - IFSC code BKID0004461) not receiving the Rs. 10 coin. I have Rs.1500/- (Rs. 10 coin). Is there any instruction from RBI or from your bank not to collect Rs 10 coin. Or Rs 10 coin is not a legal tender. Pl. Register my complain. Awaiting for your reply.
