I am a customer of BOI since 2 years. This week, I got a message saying annual maintenance charges for debit card was deducted. All my issue is that they should intimate us beforehand that suchi charges will be deducted. When called their customer care, who by the way, speak with a very low voice that even when I put my mobile on speaker, couldn’t hear them clearly, have said that it is like this only and they will not intimate before such charges are deducted. When asked that they should inform us before deducting, they said they can’t do anything. I am completely disappointed by their action. Was this information helpful? |
