Hi,
I am anil kumar and my account number is [protected] in boi. I am customer of boi from last 17 years. But suddenly my atm get expired in 2 feb. From that period, i struggling to get atm from yamunanagar branch of boi. But they just providing me atm without any working condition.
I got 5 atm cards from bank but they are just cards like a toy of kids, only plastic card. I tried in atm many times but not working. Now every-time i asked for this problem to branch manager what he say to me:-
"change your account. Close this account and open new one"
Is that solution boi are providing to their customer if any problem comes. I have 2-3 accounts in another banks too but they providing best service.
I don't know what i say to them but its all very very frustrating to me. If they can't help me with this email/complaint then i have to take action more.
Take a urgent action with very high priority this time... I can't handle myself this time.
