Bank Of India — regarding debit card not getting | |||
Dear sir, My name is monik modi and my account number is [protected] The thing is, i had the debit card of without chip and has expired from 31st december 2018 due to rules of government that all debit card will be used only which have a chip. After that, i have visited 4 to 5 times of my branch (Chandkheda) and every time they told me that the new debit card will come at your doorstep within a week. That matter has taken now 3 months, and i am still not getting my new debit card. So, request to kindly provide the proper details regarding my debit card and when i will be getting that. Justify the matter. I receieved a message saying RS 10000 is credited in your account XX7686 on[protected]. avl Bal RS RS 10500.
