[Resolved] Bank Of India — transaction failed but money got debited from my account | |
Dear sir/madam, This is to inform you that i had purchased bigbazaar profit club membership card of rs 10100/- using boi debit card. When we first time swap the card the generated charge slip showed the transaction failed but amount of rs.10100 debited from my account. I also lodged complaint in bank with ref.
