Bank Of Maharashtra — Complaint regarding debit from my account | |||
Myself Nikhil Gaikwad, my account number is [protected]. I made online purchase from flipkart on thursday, date - 10/09/2015 of Rs. 9999, with debit card of a mobile phone Lenovo K3 note. The amount of the purchase has been debited from my account of Rs. 9999 but due to some error my order was not placed but still money was debited from my account.Kindly credit money into my account because there was no purchase executed from my side. Myself Nikhil N Gaikwad. I have registered complaint regarding money debited from my account & my complaint number is CRM[protected]. no action has been taken yet. It has been a month now even when I had been to your bank branch of Nallasopara East the manager told me that your complaint is under processes & necessary action would been taken soon but they have crossed the deadline of one month provided by the branch manager. Kindly revert back urgently or else I have to take legal action.
